No. It provides hotel information. It does not check live availability or make reservations. Guests book through your hotel’s existing channels.

Does it connect to our reservation system?

The current product does not require a connection to your reservation system. It uses the hotel information configured for the concierge.

Does it send requests to hotel staff?

No. It does not create staff tickets or automatically transfer conversations. Guests contact your team directly for personal assistance and requests.

What happens when information is missing?

The concierge is designed to acknowledge missing information and direct guests to the hotel for confirmation.

Who installs it and updates the information?

Palm Beach AI handles configuration, testing, and standard installation. Your hotel approves the facts and sends us changes to apply. Website access may require coordination with your provider.
