These terms apply to this website and the public Hotel Concierge demo linked from it. Please use them to understand the permitted uses and limitations of those resources.
A customer’s use of a purchased service, private trial, or custom project is governed by the agreement accepted for that service. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that service.
2. The public demo
The public demo illustrates how Hotel Concierge can answer questions using configured hotel information. Its sample hotel is fictional. Names, rooms, rates, amenities, and policies shown in the demo are examples, not offers from an operating hotel.
The demo does not check live room availability or make, change, or cancel reservations. It does not process hotel payments. Any example rate is informational and is not a booking quote.
Automated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on the demo for emergencies, safety instructions, accessibility arrangements, or other decisions requiring confirmation from a hotel.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse the website, evaluate the demo, and contact us about our services. When doing so, you must not:
- Use the website or demo for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to access private systems, credentials, or information you are not authorized to access.
- Bypass access controls, spam protections, or usage limits.
- Send malware, flood the service with requests, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
- Impersonate another person or falsely claim to represent a hotel or business.

Submit only information you are authorized to share. If you contact us on behalf of a hotel or another business, accurately describe your role and authority.
Do not enter passwords, payment card details, reservation credentials, private guest records, or other sensitive personal information into the public demo or website contact form.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You permit us to use that content as needed to process your request, operate the requested interaction, and respond to you. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to us.
5. Hotel services and setup
Information on this website describes our standard offering. The specific scope, price, trial arrangements, billing schedule, cancellation terms, and other commitments for a customer must be established before that customer enrolls in the service.
Standard installation is for one property, one widget, and one existing website. It includes configuring hotel information, initial testing, and standard widget installation. Website rebuilds, custom integrations, and additional work require separate agreement.
The hotel supplies and approves its information. Palm Beach AI applies configuration changes supplied by the hotel. The hotel should tell us when its room information, amenities, policies, or other approved facts change.
Website descriptions do not establish a guaranteed update turnaround, continuous support coverage, or service availability commitment. Any such commitments must be stated in the applicable service agreement.
6. Website ownership
Palm Beach AI or its licensors own the website’s original text, design, branding, and software, except for materials identified as belonging to someone else.
You may link to public pages and use the website for its intended informational and evaluation purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of our branding, software, or other materials. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
7. External services and links
The website may link to or use services operated by other organizations, including the separately hosted demo. Those organizations may have their own terms and privacy practices.
An external link does not mean that Palm Beach AI controls or guarantees the linked website’s content, availability, or services.
8. Availability and limitations
The free website and public demo are provided for information and evaluation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue the public demo, including to address maintenance, misuse, or security concerns. Changes to a paid customer service remain subject to that customer’s agreement.
